Elena Winters
With over 15 years of experience driving cloud and hyperscale expansion across the Americas, Elena has held key roles at major global tech companies including Meta, Microsoft, and Oracle Cloud, where she contributed to designing and deploying next-generation computing facilities that support large-scale workloads. Most recently, Elena was part of Meta’s engineering organization focused on infrastructure and site selection. Elena is also co-founder of the Women’s Tech Forum, a global community dedicated to advancing women leaders in technology.
