With over 20 years of experience in private equity, corporate finance, and business development in the digital infrastructure sector, Alessandro Lombardi is the founder and CEO of Elea, partnering with global financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, UBS, and BTG Pactual. Alessandro holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Luiss Guido Carli University and studied History of Philosophy and Art at prestigious Italian universities. Additionally, he serves on the board of EARJ, the American School in Rio de Janeiro, and PUC-Rio.
With a vast network in the private sector, government institutions, and official organizations in Brazil and abroad, Julia Dias Leite is the CEO of the Brazilian International Relations Center (CEBRI) and a Board Member of Elea. She has led some of the most renowned international relations institutions in Brazil.
With a distinguished 20-year career in data center investments and corporate finance, Jeff Ferry is a board member at Elea. After retiring from Goldman Sachs, where he joined in 2004 as a founding member of the team he started the Specialty Lending Group platform in the US. Jeff led the data center investment practice at Goldman Sachs, providing a wide range of principal investments.
With over 20 years of experience in leading global high-tech data center technology companies, Guy Willner co-founded companies such as IXEurope and IXcellerate. He is recognized as one of the most influential voices in the data center industry worldwide.
With 25 years of experience in leadership roles in the real estate and technology sectors, Tech is CEO of AtlasEdge. He is an experienced technology and real estate industry executive with a 25-year track record of successful leadership.
With over 40 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Business Management, Marco Girardi is the CFO and a member of the Board of Directors at Piemonte. He also serves as CFO at Elea Holding and Elea. Marco has an academic background in Economics and Commerce from the University of Turin and qualifications from the Technical Commercial and Accounting Institute ITC S.Paolo and the Guglielmo Reiss Romoli Higher School.
With over 20 years of experience in Telecommunications Engineering, Tito Costa has 10 years of experience in the data center sector. He was Sales Director at Equinix in Brazil, where he also worked in Strategy, Business Development, and M&A. Tito worked at Telecom Italia, América Movil, and Siemens. At Elea, he is the Chief Revenue Officer.
With over 30 years of experience in the data center industry, Philippe Vivia is a nuclear engineering graduate who worked for major data center players in Europe, North America, and Latin America. Before joining Elea, he was Director of Operations LATAM at Odata. At Equinix Europe and Brazil, Philippe participated in the construction of significant hyperscale structures, including the largest in Europe to date. He also worked in Canada for Colo-D, a Montreal-based hyperscale company.
With over 20 years of experience in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector, Wesley Barbosa leads the sales department at Elea Data Centers. He is responsible for developing new business, executing commercial campaigns, and ensuring customer loyalty. Wesley worked for renowned international telecommunications operators, including Terremark and Equinix, and played a key role in launching a major Chinese telecommunications company in the Brazilian market. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Telecommunications from the National Institute of Telecommunications (Inatel) and a master’s degree in Business Administration from B.I. International. He also has an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
With extensive experience in the financial sector, Raphael Salomão oversees financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, controllership, and tax matters at Elea Data Centers. He holds a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and specialized in Corporate Finance at Ohio University. Raphael worked at BTG Pactual and PRIO before joining Elea.
With over 15 years of experience in the data center market, Fernanda Belchior is responsible for leading the Marketing and Communication strategy at Elea. She holds a certification in Market Intelligence and a postgraduate degree in Communication from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). Fernanda served as Senior Manager of Marketing, Branding, and Communications at Scala Data Centers and as Market Intelligence Manager at Equinix for all of Latin America.
With over 15 years of experience in the Telecommunications market, Gustavo Pereira worked as a technical leader in large internet servers such as OI and Orange, as well as integrators and manufacturers like NEC and Huawei. Most recently, he was the Network Services Engineering Manager for Latin America at Equinix. At Elea, he is responsible for the network infrastructure for the interconnection portfolio.
With over 10 years of experience in data center services, Crislaine Corradine was Procurement Manager at Equinix LATAM, where she gained unmatched knowledge in technology, communications, and data center infrastructure. She also worked in the supply chain department of former UOL Diveo).
