Elea Data Centers Appoints Ana Franco as International Business Director
Elea Data Centers, the leading Brazilian digital infrastructure platform and the first to deploy AI at scale in Latin America, today announced the appointment of Ana Franco as International Business Director. Ana will report to Elena Winters, the recently appointed Vice President of International Business, as Elea accelerates its international engagement to support growing global demand for AI-ready infrastructure in Brazil.
As international customers increasingly look to Brazil for scalable, energy-backed capacity, Elea continues to strengthen its leadership team and expand its infrastructure footprint to support cross-border partnerships and long-term growth.
“Ana brings the global experience, industry perspective, and execution discipline Elea needs as we grow to a prominent Latam player,” said Alessandro Lombardi, President and Founder of Elea Data Centers. “Her appointment reflects our focus on building leadership teams based on trust, work ethics, loyalty, and impact, as well as our continued commitment to ensuring women lead the way as we scale.”
In her role, Franco will support Elea’s international business strategy, working across global partnerships, customer engagement, and market development initiatives.
Her appointment comes at a time when power constraints in mature markets are driving increased international interest in Brazil as a destination for digital infrastructure.
Leadership Aligned with Elea’s Growth Strategy
Franco, with over a decade in data centers, brings experience working across the digital infrastructure ecosystem, including director and C-level roles at Infrastructure Masons (iMasons) and KIO Data Centers, supporting international collaboration, commercial strategy, and customer engagement across the Americas. She holds an Executive MBA, complementing her global business experience.
“I’m excited to join Elea at a pivotal moment for the company,” said Franco. “Elea is well-positioned to support international customers as demand for reliable, scalable digital infrastructure continues to grow.”
